About Our Oysters
We take pride in our roots, oyster farming and the salty waters off the Gulf Coast, and you can taste the difference.
We don’t raise bottom feeders, and it’s pretty easy to sum up the flavor profile of our oysters. Damn good. The waters of Panacea, Florida bring you a salty oyster with a smooth finish. The cups are deep, the meat is tender, and each one if slurp-worthy.
